What does the VARTA error `campaign_not_found` mean?

What it means

Reserved for a malformed or nonexistent campaign id.

What causes it

Cause not yet documented as a live path. backend/app/api/v1/_ids.py reserves this code for a campaign id that fails to decode, but no /v1 endpoint currently decodes one — there is no published campaign resource yet.
